We strongly believe in our products and want you to be fully satisfied with the purchases you make from us. However, all sales are final. Due to the nature of some of our products such as crystal pipes, please note there may be a slight difference in appearance as no two crystals are identical. Additionally, the health & wellness of our consumers are top priority. Therefore, because some of our products need a hand to mouth connection, we are unable to re-sale our products once it has been shipped.
Canna Luxe Co LLC can NOT accept returns of products or services purchased directly from Canna Luxe Co LLC(online or over the phone) and in accordance with the restrictions below.
Please note processing times may be delayed due to Covid-19 staff shortages.
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day.
- During Black Friday, Cyber Monday and major sales, order processing can be up to 15 business days.
- All customers will receive a separate email with tracking information when the order has shipped.
Domestic and Free Shipping
- Standard Domestic Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and are shipped to addresses within the United States AFTER the order processing window is complete.
- We will send the tracking number to the email address you provide in your order.
- "After the order processing window is complete" the delivery method in which you paid for will apply. (ie First Class, Priority 3 Day etc)
